Profium develop content management systems, using the latest Semantic Web technologies to enable some of the largest news and media agencies in Europe to manage and deliver their content. 20-Oct-2006 Applepie Solutions has just completed the design and deployment of a High Performance Linux Computing Cluster for the Irish Marine Institute. The Cluster, consisting of 20 dual core, dual processor AMD Opteron systems each with 4 gigabytes of memory will be used by the Oceanographic Services group to simulate the ocean currents, tides, temperature and salinity structure using state of the art modelling software.
